Luca developed the six delicious recipes in this booklet, in partnership with the Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma. Born in Milan, he developed a firm knowledge and understanding of Prosciutto di Parma – its history and tradition as well as a passion for the product! Luca has worked in a number of different restaurants across the globe (including the famous 2 Michelin-starred restaurant “Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia” in Milan).
