On 6th October 2014 Prosciutto di Parma will be showcased by well known chef Valentina Harris at The Restaurant Show, London.
The Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma has teamed up with the top author and chef for a live cooking demonstration.
Valentina will be making a classic Saltimbocca alla Romana, a delicious combination of veal, Prosciutto di Parma and sage.
Valentina will also be making a Risotto with Parma Ham, highlighting the versatility of this 100% natural product, and of course there will be an opportunity for sampling!
Valentina maintains strong links with Italy and since 2013, she has represented the Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma in the UK with a series of events promoting the product and educating consumers about the history, background and value of this uniquely Italian product.
Held between the 6th and 8th October 2014 at Earls Court 2, The Restaurant Show remains the only dedicated trade exhibition for the restaurant and food service industry.
The Centre Stage, where Valentina will be found, features the best of the best, providing a selection of inspiring individuals who are well known and respected within the industry.
